Terms of Sale and Use

What is promised when a battery is quoted, sold and fitted.

The quote

A price we give includes the battery and the fitting. Nothing is added at the end — no call-out, no disposal charge, no adjustment because the job took longer.

Fitting

We fit at the address agreed. If the vehicle turns out to need a different size from the one quoted, we say so before touching anything and you decide whether to go ahead at the corrected price.

The old battery

It leaves with us for recycling unless you tell us you want to keep it.

Warranty

Each battery carries the manufacturer's warranty. We handle the claim rather than sending you to the maker.

Using this site

The catalogue and its descriptions are ours. Read them, link to them; do not republish them as another shop's stock list.

Availability

We list what is on the shelf, but stock moves. If an item sells between your order and our dispatch we tell you the same day.
