Returns and Refunds

The two cases that come up, and what happens in each.

Wrong unit fitted

If we fitted a battery that does not suit the vehicle, we return and replace it at no charge. That is our error and it is not your cost.

Faulty within warranty

A battery that fails inside its warranty is replaced. Bring us the vehicle or tell us where it is; we do the claim.

Changed your mind

An unfitted battery in its original condition comes back for a full refund. Once a unit has been installed it cannot be resold as new, so that case falls under warranty rather than return.

One email with the order reference and a line about what happened. We answer inside two working days.

Getting the money back

Refunds go to the method that paid. The bank sets how quickly it shows up.
