What an order requires

To fit a battery we need the vehicle, a way to reach you and the address where the work happens. That is the list. We do not ask for anything that the job does not require.

How long we keep it

Order records stay while the warranty on that battery is live, because a claim has to be checkable. After that they go.

Who else sees it

Nobody outside the work. We do not sell customer details, we do not rent them, and we do not hand them to a partner for marketing.

Site measurement

We count how many people reached the catalogue. The count is a total and carries no name.

Cookies

Used to hold a selection between pages. Refuse them and the catalogue still works.

Asking us to delete

Email the address on this page. If the warranty period has passed we delete on request and confirm it.
